About the event
R.E.D. Ruck Roaanoke is a community ruck event typically held the fourth Friday of each month (excluding November and December—please review the dates). We will meet in the parking lot at the Roanoke Recreation Center, ruck through Roanoke, and end at Sould Fire for a celebratory beer to salute those brave Americans who are overseas defending our nation.
